Outside Catering

 
The Princeton Charter Club, on occasion allows guests to use an outside caterer for their affair. The required policy using outside caterers is:
  • Caterer must be approved by Club Management or Graduate Board
  • You may not use club china, silver or glassware
  • Hosts and caterers are financially responsible for any damage to club property
  • Representative of the Club must be hired during all stages of the affair
  • Host is responsible for the moving of all furniture before affair
  • Caterer must be licensed and able to supply a certificate of insurance
